Transfer of goodwill of a business

Dear Members

I need your valuable suggetion on following query.

A proprietor is running a business on property which is owned by her. Her Family is joint famliy having 40 members in the family and she is the eldest one. Partition of property is not done yet. Now the owner of the business wants to transfer the rights of "Running the Business same as she is running now. Please be claer that she wants to transfer the business and not the property. How it can be done?

I want to know the procedure, whether it is simple or not doens't matter.

It will be apreciable if you can guide me on the same or if you know someone who can guide me on the same please suggest.

I am very much clear about my query. I want to transfer the rights of Running a business, its diffenert thing that you getting confused about what my query is. What i want to know is the process of doing this transaction to avoid any legal complication in future. Whatever reply is given by you is already known to me.

Anyways this website is for open discussion and I dont think there's any problem (Legally or Illegaly) to give reply or consult on any point.
