Transfer of Divorce Petition

The husband resides in Delhi and wife is staying with parents at Mumbai for last one year. The husband has filed divorce case st Family Court at Delhi. Can wife seek transfer of this case to mumbai. Court in her jurisdiction. Is such transfer granted. Wife is 28 years old, non earning. What to do.
