I have purchase a flat in a sociery at Surat, Gujarat. The society is not co-operative society yet. The president of my building asking for Rs. 25,000/- as a transfer fees though society is not a co-operative housing society.
The society has no bye laws yet. What is the maximum fees that can be ask by the socierty? Should I compell to pay transfer fees of Rs. 25,000 as it is not co-operative society yet?
