Tranffic violation - will it cause problem to get govt job

Hi,

I was recently fined for traffic violation (not stopping by in red light). My bike number was also noted. Would this be considered and make me ineligible to get posting under indian services jobs - upsc or any government jobs. Kindly clarify. Thanks in advance.

No. But if repeated many times it may be considered.

1.  Fine /Penalty is EQUAL to compounding of the offence, with no further future reference of the offence for any purpose.

2.  Fine /Penalty is NOT EQUAL to Punishment /Conviction for the offence.

3.  You will need to grievously  hurt somebody by your vehicle (either innocently /deliberately) to earn conviction by Punishment /Simple or Rigirous imprisonment,

4.  IF a person is convicted by Punishment /Simple or Rigorous imprisonment, THEN he earns tentative  disqualification for Govt. Jobs.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal
