Torture to my sister in her father in law's home

My sister got tortured for several days and before she leave the house their didn't give any food for last two days,she any manage to escape with her two years child. no she stay with her friend,now can she file any suit in court? Will she has to bear any loss of her ornament which are now in her father in law's house ?

She needs to collect all the evidence of such torture...write everything in details...names of person who saw this happening...

file an FIR and hire an advocate to start legal action. Make list of all her ornaments and collect proof that ornaments were given to her as stridhan...so she can legally claim these ornaments.,

file a case as per the provision U/S 498A read with sections 406 IPC.... another matter I wants to know that what about the span of victim's Married life... when she got married? ????? however take a strong action against of that bl**dy in laws member....
