My wife had given POA in favor of her widow mother,in 2004, for her 1/5 th share in 05 acre land situated in Dist. AKOLA .Her motherb has 02 sons & 02 daughters.This POA had been given to SRO AKOLA by mother,Land was in the name of her father not having any will.(1)whether this 09 years old will is valid?At present photo ID is required.(2)Can she cancel POA.She had not any xerox copy for that.Can POA copy be taken from sub registrar office AKOLA?(3)How can she sell her 1/5 share of land as she required money for her children higher education?Pl advice.From Mani singh 7415613108
