Title transfer

A layout is formed in two sy. nos. 87 & 89. However, the site comes under sy no. 89. While in the body and schedule of sale deed, both sy nos. are mentioned, but only owner of sy. no.89 has signed declaring he is absolute owner of both sy no. 87 & 89. DC conversion done and layout approval is from Panchayat. How to rectify this issue. Please guide

When was last sale deed executed and which state ?

It was executed on 11.03.2012 and it is in Karnataka
