Hi All
Please advise me of the following :
1.Original title deed of the flat is lost and it is not traceable
2.Title deed was in the name of my brother and he is dead
3. I need a certified copy from where can i get
4.Registration and stamp duty is not paid
5.I am a NRI can i give the power of attorney to my wife
6.Whom should i approach to do all this.
