Dear sir/Madam,
I have a case in criminal court under section IPC 144 (2). In this regard, hearing date for this case was on 16th September 2016 and it has been done on that day. Since then i didn't get any result neither from the court nor from my layer side. Whenever i call my layer personal, he said tomorrow..tomorrow and sometimes he even didn't answer my call.
It is not possible for me to meet physically with my layer right now because my case is in West Bengal district court and i am in Delhi now.
My query is that whether there is any timeframe to get court order after hearing of a case or when i can expect to get it. Please kindy suggest me what i have to do. Sugesstions would be appriciated.
