Successfully fighting with 498 (MANAGER) 27 February 2014
My self Ramesh ,basically from 498a.
My wife filled 498a case on me, later we are compromised & agreed to go for MCD.
Wife withdrawn 498a case through lokadalath and judge assigned 3 months as cooling period.
But later wife not withdrawn the case and judge giving dates by dates. Till now 9 months are over.
My question is “what is limit for cooling period in 498a case in Andhra”

Hi,what happened MCD ? have you mentioned terms and conditions in MCD? Judge will give 90days. after 90 days u and ur wife should appear in the court. Whether ur wife appeared after 90days? if so what happened ?........Have u given settlement money to ur wife?..In my case also judge given 90days period and me and my wife attend in May month.....we have written on bond paper saying after withdrawing her cases money would be given like that we mentioned....am also from andhra pradesh...
