fir registered u/s 380,454,457 for theft happened in my friend house on 2/june/2017. now police has send summon to attend the court and tell no objection for untraceable jewels. now i attend court on 4/12/2017. can i tell or give my objection to magitrate in writing . will magistrate order for tacing my jewels.?
