Tenant got injunction ( how to throw him out)

Dear Sir, I have given my house for rent and my tenant is harassing me without paying rent and not vacating since last 6 months, we have approach even police and he agreed multiple times before them that he will vacate by a certain date, but he never obliged that date. He is a fraud and got an injunction from the court a day before, please suggest me the next steps in dealing my matter. My apartment is based in Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. 1. How to get the injunction order vacated ? 2. He has filed a OS, What it means ?? 3. Do I need to file a separate eviction petition or counter to the OS is sufficient ?? How long It will take to throw him out of my house. It is a menal torture for me., the tenant and his wife harassing us to the core. Please suggest
