Tenant

Sir,

I want to know what will be the position of a tenant when the rented house was old and collapsed entirely. will continue to be the tenant or the rights will be over when the rented premise has been collapsed.

Dear Sir,

If there is specific term about this in the agreement, than it will be govern accordingly.

And if agreement is not there, than if can become ground of eviction, since the property on which you are claiming your tenancy rights is not in exixtance.
