Dear Sir. My father was tenant in a one room house with front and back space. He expired before ten years and my mother is staying there since last fifty five years. The house is in the name of particular Housing society in Ahmedabad. We are four brothers residing separately in the same area. Now society people wants that house and adjoing area vacated and they intend to dismental some platform area in front of the house. The house is made of metal roof and they do not permit for reparing too.
Can we do repairing ( not any permenant construction ) without permission of the society secretary. and can they ask my mother to vacate the house. ? Pls advise as my mother is around 82 years . Pls advise.
