Tenancy to ownership

Dear Sir,

I have an office (commercial Tenanted premise) in Mumbai controlled under the Bombay Rent Act.

I would like to the process of converting this tenanted premise into ownership. (Yes, the landlord is willing to do it)

Just go for sale agreement with your landlord and change the name of the owner in the Revenue Records on the basis of the sale deed in respect of the said premises. You will turn out to be the owner of the said premises.
