How the sample was taken from the parents of Jundal, the accused who had been extradited from Saudi Arabia was taken without their knowledge and consent? Can the investigating agencies take it without an order from a court?
2. Can one be forced to give sample? Why Mr.N.D.Tiwari was forced to give his blood for comparing his DNA with that of his alleged son? Is it not intruding into one's privacy?
