Can I appear on behalf of my son /other co accused in the same case along with lawyer.Stage of case mentioned in website as Calander Case and stage is issue of bw/nbw

This is a criminal case; accused is required to be present in the court. If there are constraints in appearing on the specified date, your advocate can seek adjournment. Any lapse may lead to warrant being issued.

In order to avoid issuance of warrants of arrest and/ or attachement of property all accused in FIR are required to appear and get the BW/ NBW stayed/ cancelled in your own interest.
