Story is :
1. Ram and Shama are legally wedded husband & wife. They have one daughter Rekha. dispute arose
2. in 2008 Ram filed Child custody case claiming custody of Rekha in delhi.
3. Daughter rekha is left at mercy of maid and nurse at sonepat, Haryana by Shama who is working and living at Delhi
3. in Counter blast Shama filed CRPC 125 claiming mentainence for daughter Rekha as she is working at Delhi and earning 1 lakh per month stating that Rekha almost remains ill and need medial and nurse case when she is off to work,its responsibility of father to take care of his daughter.
4. Father uses Cr.CP application in custody as evidence stating Shama cannt maintain her daughter and have left the daughter at mercy of maid and also demanding the money for nurse and maid.
5. Sensing trouble.....Shama/wife withdraws the Cr.P.C application.
6. Case is on for last 4 years.

1. how do I ask for compensation for 4 long year I have spend in defending Cr.Cp. 125 application.
