Hi I am trying to quash my name from a rape case that put on me.. so
1. do I need to apply for it in high court before the case gets charged in session Court.
2. Does keeping a senior council lawyer would atleast bring a long stay for my case.
3. How long it may take this quashing process in high court approximately.
4. I can see my next hearing(appearance of accused) is on 15th Feb in online so will I get sommons for same date to attend or its just a reference date in online please clarify.
actually me and that girl where in a friendly and also we loved for sometime but due to some misunderstanding we got breaked up and I have not used her physically but had roamed with her so this can be quashed or not.
