if a father dies prior to enactment of Hindu Succession(Amendment) Act, 2005, can his daughter claim coparcenary rights?

Hi! Thanks for the question!

The answer to it is No! Even if the difference lays of one single day, the daughter cannot claim as there is no retrospective effect of the act but only prospective application!
