Submitting sale deed copy as address proof

Original deeds are never submitted. One can write specifically at top or bottom of office copy stating that copy has been issued to .......on........for the purpose of address proof alone and it should be arranged in such a manner that in every xerox copy that should appear and can not be severed.

Where do yo want to submit the address proof?,  Sale deed copy cannot be held as valid address proof because there is no guarantee that the addressee still lives in the same address. What is your question abut?, Why dont you give some more details if you are really interested in getting proper opinion ?
