my query is that My father is and Indian Army soldier unhone ek land khareeda mainpuri main aur uss land ko khareede 2 years ho gye but after 2 years vhan kisi ne kaam suru kardia police ki help se just like land mafia jab mere father ne documents show kiye tab oposite man ne bhi documents show kiye but then we decided to see that on records of lands in ministry so in ministry that lands belongs to my father and opposite person ne stay order le lia so i want to know without any real documents and other formalities like see records online and in minsitry how can a court will give stay order on fake documents ?
