Stay order

Respected sirs, My discharge petion against rape case was dismissed. So approached honourable high court against the order under section 482 crpc and the petition has been admitted and interim stay has been given and the charge has not been framed. Please enlighten me as to whether the stay is valid only for 6 months as per the recent SC judgement or not and oblige. Thank you sirs.
