my question to the forum is that there is exparte decree against the defendants, and execution petition also filed now i have served with notice, my question is along with the setaside petition and condone delay petition whether i can file a stay application to stay the operation of the exparte decree in the same court, whether its maintainable i need case laws advance thanks for the forum members

Yes you can file stay application along with the petition for ex-parte set aside decree and application for condoning delay in same court.
