Petition under Section 397 (1) of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in Crl.RC., the High Court may be pleased to suspend the execution of the sentence passed in C.C.No.642 of 2008 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Repalle, as confirmed in Crl.A.No. 253 of 2012, on the file of the 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur, dated 18-06-2013 and release the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of Crl.RC.No.1190 of 2013 on the file of the High Court.

The Court made the following Order:

“The sentence of imprisonment recorded by the appellate Court is suspended, pending disposal of the revision, on a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court, subject to payment of fine, if not paid already.”
