One of our relative sued so many people regarding property disputes, all are civil matters, he only sued the other people and he is not facing cases from any other. All of these cases are related to movable and immovable property only.
Recently he died and now the family would like to know what will happen to these casese he put on other people. Are they going to go down on their own or his GPA or legal heirs has to withdraw the cases or do they has to settle these cases either in the court or outside court? Does it involve any fee payment for such settlement?
The reason for asking is that the financial status is not looking much good so if it attaracts fee for settlement then they will have a hard task at their hands.
Please provide some suggestions.
