I need help with filing a Statement of Claim in an arbitration case. Please share format for this claim and I welcome anyone who is an expert in such matters to contact me for taking up this matter on chargeable basis. The arbitration will be in New Delhi.

there is no specific format prescribed for statement of claim before arbitral tribunal. however if you share your email id i can mail you a draft of the same.
