Firstly our co. was Proprietorship firm and now it has got registered. I want help in getting the Stamp Paper's Value for this agreement of Transferring Assets/Liabilities of Proprietorship to Co. I have asked a few people they are suggesting for Rs.1000/- , But the Stamp Paper's Vendors suggest me to use Rs.2000's Stamp Paper for Valid Agreement.
Please Suggest me how much value's Stamp Paper is really used for this particular agreement.
