Insurance company asked to me give blank stamp paper signed by me, i signed and gave it.
before giving the stamp paper, I crossed stamp paper with pen , several line cross the stamp paper.
insurance company fill other details on the attached paper. about the name and insured house details.
i have fear , if this crossed stamp signed by me, fall in the hands of wrong person, they write anything
on stamp paper, it is still valid for them?.
Please help me know whether stamp paper cross in pen , is valid ?
