Dear All
I want to know the procedure for Partnership firm and total expense breakup i.e. stamp duty ...any other legal expenses. how much requried minimum working capital. if we show working capital rs. 5000/- than how much stamp duty ? and if we show more than Rs. 10 Lacs for each partner than how much stamp duty leived.
Please explain

Stamp duty not required and it never depend up amount of capital for business.
