I would like to know what is the amount stamp duty payable in Chennai, Tamilnadu regarding setllement of family house property in favour of a person by his brothers & sisters, by way of Settlement Deed for a market value exceeding Rs.10 lakhs, as per the present rules applicable in TN state. Can I know the details asap?

It is Rs. 25,000/- for Stamp Duty and a further Rs. 4000/- for Registration Charges in tamilnadu
