please share your views on following:
XYZ Ltd is a Company into the business of scanning and storage of documents of various clients. it receives physical documents from client then scans it and stores in the bins.
I would like to know:
is Service Agreement like Scanning and storage liable for stamping? ( for the State of MP/Maharashtra)
if yes what is the rate of Stamp duty under MP/MH?
