No. However matters instituted by or against certain classes of persons, viz. Senior citizens, physically handicaped persons and over 7 years old cases are to be expediated as per the policy formulated by the High Court and Supreme Court. Similarly maintenance / marriage petition / case under section 138 of N.I. Act are to be speedily disposed off.

This is not a shop to buy the justice in lieu of money.

however there are some policy/guidelines of supreme court and high courts and some Acts itself provide for the speedy trials.

Mr Prakash and Mr Pandey have answered appropriately.  i would have been more happy if u had used the word 'justice' instead of 'result' in ur query.

Hmmm money can give you certain comforts and happieness, but in legal system its of no value. The merits in your case will decide the fate of your case.

my friend answered the querry from all angles. Further answering is improper.

Justice can be denied, delayed, BUT CANNOT BE PURCHASED. PLEASE DON,T HUMILIATE JUDICIARY. Such messages are unpleasant  even to read.
