Society agm not held..this is 2nd year

Hello all,

We are society of 12 members.But there has not been single meeting since 2012-13(AGM)

There has been civil work,trees cutting and plumbing work in these two years.

Chairman says that committe of 5 members can take decision for same.

Every year this period of year Secretary or Chairman is out of town for some reason or other.

please suggest,

How come your society is only of 12 members?

Or do you mean that there are 12 executive members of the Society
