A society was formed and registered in 1888 at Allahabad All ammendments carried out upto 1930 were registered. The society made new memorandum bylaws(termed it as ammendment of 1952 but was not registered in society Office.The constitution of the society were not ammendded.On perusal of the records in AR Office at Allahabad it is found that the by laws/ammendments of 1952 are still not registered till date but exist on file as unregistered document.The concerned Society is renewed from time to time.
Kindly let me know the status of such society with unregistered bylaws/ memorandum. Is it necessary to get all ammendments/redrafted by laws memoandum registered with AR under the societies Act 1860 in Uttarpradesh?
