I am a member of co-operative society not yet received CC or OC. I want to carry out sliding windows box grill fitting works in my flat as well as installation of AC compressor outside my sliding window wall . Do i need to take society permission before carrying out abovesaid work, if yes, then in case commitee refused to give permission what do i need to do?

Permission is must but if it refuses then he can use common places for this purpose and can sur the soceity.

These are common requirements and write a letter of intimation, get the work neatly done. For A/c get this installed through an approved service centre for A/c. No hassles.

Thank you all for for your reply.
I have submitted letter of intimation before carrying out work....but thaye refused me to install AC compressor and box grill fitting out side my sliding window wall.
I seek your advise for any recourse available.
