Single status certificate

I am going to marry one french girl. I need Single status Certificate for marry her

Any one please guide me in india how to get this certificate and what are the procedure

Apply to the Indian high commission (emabassy)

1.	Duly filled single status form
2.	1 passport copy ( First Page , Last Page & Valid Employment Visa Page )
3.	IC copy
4.	Affidavit from parents in India should be notarized
5.	Unmarried certificate from Tehsildar or Excutive Magistrate should be attested by Ministry of External Affairs.
6.	Death certificate in case parents are deceased should be attested by Ministry of External Affairs .
