Dear Senior,
Anybody will please provide the judgment of any High court or Supreme Court particularly Gujarat high court wherein they have decided that if the husband and wife both are able bodied or if both are working and earning sufficiently then so far as the maintenance of child is concern which is awarded by the Magistrate then both have to share the same proportionately as per their earnings for the welfare of the child.
Please provide it at the earliest.
