I will very thankful to you if some one can help & give me the very true legal answer related to property
My grand father have land(agrricultural Land) in village in Gujarat
Grand father have 2 daughter (one Married & 1 window) & 1 Son (my father)
My father is died befor 6 years
Now the land is on my grand father's name after his death the land get transfer to my fathers name & his sisters name. After my father's death the land get transfer to my mother name & fathers sisiter name is also there in land doccuments
I just want to know that what is the share of fathers sisiter (married & widow) in the land property
can fathers sister sell porperty without informing us
