Shani mandir case high court bombay

I here with attach famous Shani Shingnapur Mandir case

Case was taken under the   Maharashtra   Hindu   Places   of Public   Worship   (Entry   Authorization)   Act,   1956

Additional Articles 15, 25 and 51A(e) of the Constitution

Article 15 of Constitution ----> Prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, s*x, or place of birth

Article 25 of Constitution  ----> Freedom of Conscience and free profession , practice and propagation of religion

Article 51A (E) Constitution -----> Fundamental duties ------> to promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the people og india , transcending religious , lingustic and regional or sectional diversities , to renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of women

Now others should move PIL in other High Court or for national effect move PIL in Supreme Court of India.
