Sf 5

Sir I have been served with sf5 major penalty chargesheet. I am a railway employee. Department say i deny duty . Few months ago i was sent to another station. I reached there at 10:30am. I thought i shall be booked for duty next day. Since this is my reporting and journey day. But unfortunately tjis was not so and department issued sf5 to me. Please advice what to do. And also guide whether i can be booked on same day for duty from 6pm to 6am
