Severance package not paid

I was working with a Pvt ltd compay in Delhi, I was asked to resign stating there is change in managment policy and will be paid for 3 months salary also my incentives. Now they are not paying any thing and they have already taken my resignation. Now I have moved to Cochin. How can I take legal action against this company. What is the procedure and correct way to go. Can I file a FIR in Cochin.

There you are claiming the arrear salary and it is a private company. Here you have to file case before industrial tribunal before filing of the case you have to send a legal notice for necessary information. fir is not the way to slove the problem in this case.
