Settlement deed-correction

Sirs

How a survey no wronly typed in the settlement deed be rectified when the person executed the deed is not alive. Pl. help. When approced the sub-registrar i was told a rectification deed cannot be effected by the children. Pl. what is the way out. Thanks

where the property is located? rectification deed can be executed by the legal heirs of the vendors.

Sir, the property is located at Tambaram (chennai). Can you pl. help me in geeting the full procedure since i was told by the writer in the sub-reistarar office that we the two sons cannot execute the rectification deed when our mother is no more (executor of the deed). He is advising me to go for affidavit.

I got a party to buy the property once the correction is done. so. pl. help.
