Service termination during probation period

I was a Govt. officer, working under one year probation period. Without complying to our organization statutory service condition, the employer has vindictively terminated my probationery service immediately (showing un-satisfactory performance) without one month notice period and send the same to my email ID. Even they published the termination notice in public news papers which tarnished my integrity, personality.

Our service regulations with specific rules for probationers says,

Clause-C: In case of un-satisfactory performance, the probation period may be extended further in installments for another year.

Clause-D: Authority may terminate probationer's service by giving one month notice period without showing any reason and no compensation shall be paid.

Please tell me if I approach hon'ble court, whether I shall win or not since the employer has not complied above statutory service conditions made on basis of an Act?
