Dear team members, I am purchaising a new ready to occupy flat. I have been told by the builder that the registration cost would comprise of three components (registration - 6%, VAT - 1.5 %, Service tax - 3.09%). Just wanted to check if this is correct. Is servic tax applicable for Immovable goods as well?

yes service tax is applicable in such transction .
