1.After an administrative tribunal (CAT) case if lost what are the likey possibilities for a govt lawyer  to take up the case further?

2.What are the formalities for doing this(if propose to approach the Hon.High Court)?

You can move the High Court against the decision of the CAT if there any irregularities or illegalities through a Writ Petition. There are no special formalities involved.

Employer can approach the HC, but if some sound reasons are there in support of the employer.

By the way, do you represent the employee or employer?
