Pls help
My client was illegally terminated from Job and accordingly filed acivil suit the employer files ws where they have said that termination was simplicitor and termination was as per law of contract where employer can terminate anybody by giving 3 months notice . they have not mentioned any disciplinary proceeding against my client after commencement of trail they want to amend the ws where they want ad some line stating different plea for termination. The case decreed ex- party & the employer went for appeal where 1st appeal dismissed now matter pending at high court for second appeal pls help me citation from supreme court disallowing amendment under order 6 rule 17
