I am an employee in central psu. I am preparing for APPSC groups. My problem is with my current working company.I have given a service bond for 5 years/3 lacs at the time of joining. I have reffered DPE guiedlines about service bond transfer before joining. But my company is not issuing NOC to its employees. It is accepting applications from employees and taking action very lately i.e. after completion of entire recruitment procedure. If the company did not issued NOC, We can resign to company, but at the time of joining in another organisation, they will ask NOC, if not submitted, they will ask reason,and we have to pay 3 lakhs at the time of resigning company. Can i sue on company for not issuing NOC in proper time? Or can I join another company without giving information about current job( I will resign to company at time of joining another company)? kindly answer me.
