Hi, I have a 1 BHK in a CHS, earlier it was on rent and for last 2 months i was giving it as a service apartment to airbnb guest. Recently my society informed they cannot allow a service apt in the society. I follow the norms like take the id proof of the guest, unmarried couples not allowed. honestly i make a good amt of money as compared to the rent i was getting. Can i continue as a service aprt, is there a law which says not allowed. how can i convince my society, can they form such rules. kindly advice.
