Service agreement

I am currently working in an IT firm. I am in the probation period and working here from 5 months. I have signed a service agreement in which it is written that if leave the company before 18 months then I have to pay the compensation amount of 3 lakh rupees to the company. The company hasn't invested any money in my training and also I don't have any work from the past two months. So, I want to leave the company and join somewhere else. Considering my case what should I do?

You have to complete 18 months otherwise company will claim bond amount of 3 lakhs.
